Sizing
The sizes we offer are sizes 32 to 42.

If your pre-pregnancy size is a size 32, then you should purchase the Bellyssimo size 32. However, if you would like to be more comfortable, it is advisable that you choose a bigger size. This also gives extra space for any weight gain, especially if you tend to pick up a lot of extra weight during your pregnancy. Some of our garments are specifically made tighter around the bust to create a sexier look.

If you are noticibly taller or shorter than the average height, please inform us so we can make the necessary adjustments to the lengths of the garments. If you are a size 40 and above, it is imperative you send us your measurements upon ordering. For Tops, please send your Bust and Shoulder to Floor measurments. For Pants, please send your Hip and Shoulder to Floor measurments. For Dresses please send your Bust, Hip and Shoulder to floor measurments.

If you require a bigger size delivery will be an extra 1-2 days, as we will need time to manufacture. The biggest we can go up to however is a size 48 and sizes over 42 will incur a 15% increase on the price of a garment due to the extra fabric used. If you would like to order any sizes over 42, we highly recommend you send us your height, bust and hip sizes with your purchase order to ensure the nearest perfect fit as possible.

Delivery
The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered. Please expect that 3 garments generally equals 1 kilogram.
There are two delivery methods to choose from. Either Post Office counter to your counter 3-6 days (local Post Office) or Courier to your post office 1-2 days (obviously faster and more expensive). For the 1-2 day service, you have the option of Post Office Overnight Express counter to counter, or to use a courier service to your door. Your parcel can be traced on the Speed Services website (www.speedservices.co.za).

Returns Policy
You can return new, unworn items within 14 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will give you a full refund directly into your account or exchange the item for a different size or style.Items received back after the 14 day period has passed cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued or items exchanged.

Sorry, but we are unable to refund original postage and packaging or returns postage.
Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.

How to order
1. Register with Bellyssimo.co.za, enter your contact details, billing details and delivery details.

2. Once you've registered, please browse through our range of maternity wear and accessories.

3. If you would like to add an item to your Shopping Cart, please click on 'Add to Cart'. Once you have finished choosing items, click on the "Show Shopping Cart" Button on the top right of your screen.

4. Review your items and ensure you are happy with your order and sizing. Click on "Checkout"

5. Shipping Address Page: Please review your items, review your Billing information and ensure it's correct. You have the option of changing the Shipping Address if it's not the same as the Billing address. Click "Next".

6. Shipping Method's Page: You have two options of Shipping Methods. Either "1-2 day Courier to Post Office" or "3-6 day Posted to your nearest Post Office Counter". Counter to counter is generally cheaper than courier. Tick which option you would like to have, then click "Next".

7. Payment Method Page: Ignore the Coupon Code Option, and tick the method of payment  you would like to use. Click "Next".

8. Complete Order Page: You need to confirm your order, your Shipping Address, Shipping Rate, and Payment Method. If any of these is incorrect, please go back to the relative page where you can re-enter the information. The Customer Comment Section is to provide us with your particular sizing, if either very tall or short, or over size 40. Any special requests may also be entered in this section. Please tick the 'Terms and Conditions" box. And then the "Confirm" button.

9. Your Purchase Order has now been sent to the Bellyssimo Office, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If you have chosen to pay via Bank Transfer, the account details will appear on the confirmation page online. We will also send you an email with the account details.
If you have chosen to pay via Credit Card, you will then be directed to the Credit Card Payment page. You will then be prompted to enter your details. If the credit card process is successful, we will receive a confirmation email from PayGate informing us of your payment. If the process is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification saying so. This means your order has been placed, but not been paid for. So please try pay again, as it was more than likely a communication error with your bank. To pay, please log in, and click on your 'Account Maintenance'button on the left column on the page and you will be instructed on how to pay. We do not take the money off your credit card until your package has been sent to you.

10. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number to you. Your parcel can be traced on the Speed Services website (www.speedservices.co.za). This applies to most counter to counter or counter to door deliveries. Should you package be sent via courier, they will call you for delivery details (usually in the morning of the delivery day).
